FIPMAC IV is a five-year, multiple award, indefinite delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract to support the Navy’s Office of Financial Operations as it implements the department’s Financial Improvement Program (FIP). Through the contract, the Navy will transform its financial operations to improve the accuracy, timeliness and reliability of financial information for decision-making and sustainment of effective stewardship of taxpayer dollars.
